Selenium, Flakes, 99.99%, 10 -25 mm

Selenium is used as a p-type semiconductor and in the production of Copper Indium Gallium Selenide (CIGS) thin-film solar cells.

Selenium targets are used in sputtering processes to deposit thin films for photovoltaic cells and xerographic photoreceptors.

Utilized in the fabrication of photodetectors, light-rectifiers, and infrared optics due to its unique photoconductive properties.

High-purity selenium pellets or granules are used as evaporation sources for creating thin-film layers in electronic and optical devices.
