Lead Fluoride, Pieces, 99.99%, 1 -3 mm

Lead fluoride is used as a low-refractive index material in multilayer optical coatings due to its high transparency from the ultraviolet to the infrared spectrum.

Lead fluoride is utilized as a sputtering target material for the deposition of thin films in optical and electronic applications.

It is employed as an evaporation material for creating thin films in vacuum deposition processes, particularly for infrared optical components.
