Erbium Fluoride, Granules, 99.99%, 1 mm -4 mm

Used as a precursor for the production of high-purity erbium metal and in the formulation of specialized glass and ceramic materials.

Utilized as a dopant in optical fibers and amplifiers to provide infrared luminescence, essential for telecommunications.

Applied as a thin film material in multi-layer optical coatings due to its specific refractive index and transparency in the infrared spectrum.

Used as a source material in physical vapor deposition processes to create thin films for optical and electronic components.
