Lead Telluride, Granules, 99.995%, 3 mm -12 mm

Lead Telluride is a narrow-gap semiconductor used primarily in infrared detectors and as a high-performance thermoelectric material for power generation.

Lead Telluride targets are used in sputtering processes to deposit thin films for infrared optoelectronic devices and thermal imaging sensors.

Utilized in the fabrication of mid-infrared lasers and photodetectors due to its specific bandgap properties.

PbTe is used as an evaporation source for creating thin-film layers in complex multilayer optical coatings and semiconductor heterostructures.
