Potassium Fluoride, Powder, 99%, -60 mesh approx

Potassium fluoride is utilized as a precursor material in the fabrication of sputtering targets for the deposition of fluoride-based thin films in optical and electronic applications.

Used as a source material for the deposition of low-refractive index layers in multilayer optical coatings and UV-transparent films.

Employed as a high-purity evaporation source for thermal or e-beam evaporation to create thin dielectric layers.
