Silver Gallium Telluride, Powder, 99.999%, -325 mesh

AgGaTe2 is a I-III-VI2 chalcopyrite semiconductor used in research for its non-linear optical properties and potential applications in photovoltaic devices.

Silver Gallium Telluride targets are used in sputtering processes to deposit thin films for the development of advanced optoelectronic and phase-change memory materials.

Utilized in optoelectronic applications due to its tunable bandgap and non-linear optical coefficients suitable for infrared frequency conversion.
