Erbium Chloride, Powder, 99.9%, -20 mesh

Erbium chloride serves as a critical precursor in the synthesis of erbium-doped materials and the production of high-purity erbium metal.

Used as a dopant source for optical fibers and amplifiers to enable signal amplification in the 1.55 micrometer wavelength range.

Utilized in vacuum deposition processes to create thin films for photonic devices and specialized optical coatings.
