Selenium Oxide, Powder, 99.8%, -325 mesh

Selenium oxide is utilized as a precursor or dopant source in the fabrication of selenium-containing thin films via reactive sputtering processes for photovoltaic and sensor applications.

Used in the production of specialized glass and optical layers where selenium's refractive properties are required to modify the spectral characteristics of the coating.
