Selenium Disulfide, Powder, 99.99%, -200 mesh

Selenium disulfide can be used as a precursor material in the fabrication of sputtering targets for the deposition of metal-chalcogenide thin films used in specialized photovoltaic and sensor applications.

Used in the synthesis of metal selenide semiconductor layers and as a surface passivating agent for III-V compound semiconductor materials to improve electronic properties.
