Indium Cerium Oxide

Indium Cerium Oxide is used as a sputtering target material to create transparent conductive oxide (TCO) thin films with high work functions and improved thermal stability compared to standard ITO.

Used in the fabrication of transparent electrodes for organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and solar cells where specific bandgap engineering and high transparency are required.

Applied as a thin film coating to manage refractive index and provide antistatic properties while maintaining high optical transmission in the visible spectrum.
