Indium Oxide-Titanium Oxide (ITIO)

Indium Oxide-Titanium Oxide (ITIO) is used as a sputtering target material to deposit high-refractive index, transparent conductive oxide (TCO) thin films for electronic displays and touch panels.

ITIO thin films are utilized in optoelectronic devices as transparent electrodes that offer high carrier mobility and excellent optical transparency in the visible spectrum.

Used in the production of specialized optical coatings where a specific refractive index and high transparency are required for anti-reflective or conductive layers.
