Tin Oxide-Antimony

Antimony-doped tin oxide (ATO) is used as a sputtering target material to deposit transparent conductive oxide (TCO) thin films for display and sensor applications.

Used in the fabrication of transparent electrodes for optoelectronic devices such as liquid crystal displays, solar cells, and touchscreens due to its high optical transparency and electrical conductivity.

Applied as a thin film coating to provide antistatic properties and infrared shielding while maintaining high visible light transmission.

Synthesized as nanopowders or nanocrystals to enhance surface area for gas sensing and catalytic applications.
