Titanium Oxide - Niobium

Niobium-doped titanium oxide targets are used in magnetron sputtering to create transparent conductive oxide (TCO) thin films with high refractive indices and controlled electrical conductivity.

Used as a precursor material for depositing high-refractive index layers in multilayer optical stacks, where niobium doping modifies the bandgap and optical absorption characteristics.

Niobium-doped titanium oxides are investigated as high-rate anode materials due to their improved electronic conductivity and structural stability during lithium-ion intercalation/deintercalation.
