Arsenic Telluride, Granules, 99.999%, 3 mm -12 mm

Arsenic telluride is a narrow-bandgap chalcogenide semiconductor used in the fabrication of phase-change memory devices and infrared sensing components.

High-purity arsenic telluride targets are utilized in sputtering processes to deposit thin films for chalcogenide glass applications and optical data storage.

Used in the development of optoelectronic devices, specifically for its properties in infrared transparency and switching characteristics in thin-film form.
