Indium Tin Oxide is widely used as a sputtering target material to deposit transparent conductive thin films onto glass or plastic substrates for touchscreens and displays.

Used as a transparent electrode in optoelectronic devices such as liquid crystal displays (LCDs), organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), and solar cells due to its high optical transparency and electrical conductivity.

Applied as a functional optical coating for heat-reflecting mirrors and anti-static coatings while maintaining high visible light transmission.

Utilized in electron beam or thermal evaporation processes to create thin conductive layers in vacuum deposition systems.
